CATERING
Catering is done on a pre-order basis only. You will not be able to order catering without contacting us first to discuss your needs and timeline. Table service is not included at this time. All catering orders are subject to the following terms and conditions:
-All Catering orders MUST be a minimum of $250
-All orders must be placed NO LESS than 30 days in advance
-All catering orders are subject to a 50% deposit due at the time of ordering
-Remaining balance is to be paid NO LATER THAN DAY OF and DUE IN FULL AT DROP OFF (failure to remit payment for remaining balance at or prior to the day of or drop off will result in forfiture of 100% of your intital deposit and may be subject to additional fees and expenses)
-Cancelation of a catering service must be done 7 days prior to the date of event. Orders cancelled within this time frame will recieve 50% of their initial deposit back (emergency situations such as natural disasters, severe illness, death of a family member, etc... will be handled on a case by case basis and MAY be entitled to a 100% refund on their initial deposit at the sole discretion of the owners)
-Orders cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event will forfeit thier deposit in full (emergency situations such as natural disasters, severe illness, death of a family member, etc... will be handled on a case by case basis and MAY be entitled to a 50% refund on their initial deposit at the sole discretion of the owners)
-We reserve the right to refuse any catering orders at our sole discretion
